Find It Difficult to MEDITATE???


 Find it difficult to meditate?

Follow these easy steps to do it...


Trying to focus & be productive is an added feature that you might want all the time, meditation might help you! Let me tell how;


Meditating just for 10 minutes a day can completely transform how you see the world around and yourself. Try minding the steps that are mentioned below to meditate and become consistent with your practice;

• Set a timer for 5 minutes. 

• Sit comfortably and close your eyes.

• Begin focusing on your brwath, notice your belly and chest how rising and falling during that. 

• When you find your mind is wandering, bring it back to your breath.

• Repeat previous two points for 5 minutes.


Bonus tips: Dedicate a specific time of your day every day whenever you can sit mindfully & set a reminder on your calendar for the next 14 days at the same time.

Are You Someone Who is seeing things All-or-Nothing Ways???


 • Are you someone who tends to see thing in all-or-nothing ways?

• And if so, how is that working for you?

• Does it cause any troubles in your life?

Often I find that people can get stuck in extreme ways of thinking, calling things good or bad, right or wrong, or even seeing things as all or nothing. Although this way of thinking may seem to make life more easy & simplified and perhaps lead you to feel more comfortable, it really limit possibilities and option. It can keep you from shifting your perspective to see other's points of view.
All-or-nothing thinking can also lead to more intense emotions & problematic issues with coping.

What I encourage to do is to try to stretch yourself a li'l bit outside of your own perspective. See if you can find other possibilities to what you think or believe. If you're with someone else, see if you can shift & see things in their perspective.

As you begin to open up & shift your focus, your life tends to become richer, fuller; allowing you to see all the colours and possibilities that surround you...

Mindfulness Through Exercise


Start Committing Yourself to See New Possibilies...

Journey through within
If you're searching for that one person that will change your life, then look at the mirror-
Today we are going to start a mindful journey with an exercise focusing on self love, forgiveness & compassion. 
It's known as "I see you" & goes like this, (write down or think of in your head);
5 things I'm proud of myself for
5 things I forgive myself for
5 things I commit to myself...
📌 I'm Proud of Myself- we're our own toughest critics and so often we forget to stop & recognise how far we've come. 
By taking the time to reflect on what it's we're proud of, we practice self love by celebrating our achievements, no matter how big or small they may be.
📌 I Forgive Myself- this one can be really tough. As humans we have a habit of holding onto things from our past, particularly when it comes to our own 
perceived shortcomings. By taking the time to write down what is that we're willing to forgive ourselves for, we send a loving message of compassion to ourselves. 
We don't have to be ready to fully forgive ourselves for whatever it's holding onto, we just have to be willing. So perhaps you're struggling with this one, 
write down what it is you're willing to forgive yourself for. Over time, you will find it easier to show compassion yourself with practice.
📌 I Commit to Myself- this is where we really start to make positive changes in our lives, when we make a commitment to ourselves. 
Perhaps it's committing that we'll begin to create new, healthy habits. Perhaps it's committing to trying something new, speaking up more, practicing more self-love. 
Perhaps it's committing to doing all the above, even when it's hard & you don't feel like it. The moment we start committing to ourselves is the moment we can open up 
to new possibilities.

I hope this exercise serves you today and helps you to be a little gentle with yourself. I feel you, see you, you're doing your best you can, with what you have. 
You're strong, resilient and you have a kind heart, it's time to give some of the kindness to yourself...

Shift Your Mind out of Auto-pilot mode...

 



Do you find yourself operating on autopilot most of the time..

If you find that your life is happening largely by habits or autopilot and not by intentions, it may be interfering with your overall fulfilment. You may also feel like life is passing you by!

The good news is that you can shift out of your autopilot mode and begin to feel greater fulfilment. Start by taking your time to set intentions for the things you choose to do, for those intentions to be impactful they need to be aligned with your value system. If I'm going for lunch with my son, I can set my intention to be present with him fully by putting down my phone during that time.

If you move into activities in your life with intention, it can profoundly start to change how you experience those things! Even regular activities like taking a shower, going for a walk, a work meeting, having dinner, when done with intention, can be meaningful, more enjoyable and lead to a feeling of greater life fulfilment.


So for today, see what you can do to set intentions that are aligned with your values regarding your daily life. Does anything shift? Did you walk out of your experiences more balanced & less stressful? I suspect that you'll

MONEY can buy happiness..


Can Money Buy You Happiness...

Money can absolutely buy you happiness, but only to a certain extent. When you have money it gives
you the option to not only make yourself happy but others too. It gives you the ability to help others,
be generous, and continue to add value.
Things that bring you happiness can be said to have intrinsic value. This means they’re valuable to you
but don’t necessarily represent a standard value for happiness to others.
Money, on the other hand, has extrinsic value. This means that others recognize money has real-world
value, too, and will (generally) accept it. You can’t literally buy happiness at a store. But when money
is used in certain ways, such as purchasing things that bring you happiness, you can use it to add
intrinsic value to your life! So take control of your money so you can take control of your life, too.

Life above Limitations...


If you're not feeling well ok about yourself or feeling lack of confidence, why not trying something powerful!


Our body postures can have profound impact on our sense of confidence, changing your physiology & acting opposite of sadness, shame, anxiety and insecurities can help your body and brain feel more confident.

Actually research shows that 'power poses' like Superman pose, can help create a chemical change in your body that helps you feel much more confidence. Standing tall, hands on hips, shoulders broad, looking forward and wearing a soft smile on your face.

I like to do this power poses on my everyday life, like doing yoga, as you can see in the picture! This helps me feel more confident, like I can take on the world!

Try it out, they are easy and effective ways to create a shift, see what kind of poses can empower you...

Have kids? Get them to join you, when kids join you, and they create any pose, its in your hand to create an ambience for them to feel empowered, create a balance, self-confidence at an early age. Plus, their natural playfulness brings in a little laughter, too!

Acceptance Ourselves..

Journey through within

To accept ourselves as we're means to value our imperfections as well as our perfections-
Learning self compassion has been one of my biggest challenge & something I continue to come up
against every day! We can be our toughest critic and our worst enemy. Particularly as we embark on
self growing journey, where we begin to uncover parts of ourselves that we don't really want to look
at; our shadow. Instead, we may avoid them or project them onto others. This can look like blame,
defensiveness & judgement. In order to show compassion for others, we ought to show compassion for
self! This takes vulnerability. It takes courage to take responsibility for ourselves and our actions, it
also takes patience and time...

Tuning to Your Intuition...

Your journey may look different to others and that's okay! Not any path is wrong or right, it's upto us to decide what is the right way for us, to let our inner wisdom guide us. It's not everytime easy to do this, as no one is teaching us to listen our intuitions. So often we look outside of us for the answer. Tuning in to our intuition is something that we have to practice. The way I'm really learning is through slowing down, getting still and feeling into what feels right, at least moment to moment. Take your time, you allready have the answers within you...

Your Body and Mind require kindness...

• Do you find yourself at war with you?
• Do you criticise your body & treat it as an object that needs to be fixed?
• Do you treat some emotions as good & othere are as bad?
• Do you tend to hold yourself with harshness and judgment when you commit any mistakes or when you encounter challenges?

If you're constantly treating your body, mind, emotions like they're problems that needs fixing or even your enemy, the quality of your life is not good of what is actually could be, if you start establishing to befriend your mind and body!
To live optimally it's needed to make peace with your mind and body, and give them respect and kindness that they deserve.

So, how to handle this?

🔹️the first step: treat yourself like you would want a good friend to treat you, this means talking yourself with kindness, holding yourself with compassion and honouring what your body, mind, emotions are telling you. Take your internal experience with love and compassion! To take life to the next level, throw in some gratitude for your body and mind and all they do for you, every single day...

Forgive yourself for not knowing better untill you knew better!
Sometimes we've to learn things the hard way. Forgiving ourselves 
for the mistake we've made can be challenging, some times even painful! 
But nothing is more painful than holding on to regret & resentment. 
We continuing to beat ourselves up for the things we wish we had done differently. 
Let yourself of the hook and forgive yourself for not knowing before what you know now. 
The past is gone, you can't go back and change anything from there, do you? But we can 
choose to learn and move forward. Be gentle with yourself on this journey!
