TRAIN YOUR BRAIN TO BE PRESENT...
Train your Brain to be Present..
Journey through within!
To be fully present, aware of yourself and your surroundings, while accepting the moment, and participating in life, are keys to living a mindful lifestyle.
Mindfulness is a practice that helps you to learn how to be right here, right now, in this present moment. After all, this is where your life actually happens!
Life has already happened in the past and has yet to happen in the future. Mindfulness helps us to live in the now.
Yesterday I explained the What Skills in Mindfulness, and how they can help you to train your brain to be present and in the moment.
Here are 3 ways you can practice the What Skills in Mindfulness:
1.Observe your breathing, notice how your chest expands as you inhale and belly contracts as you exhale. Notice how the breath feels as it enters your nose and how it feels as you exhale through your nose.
2. Observe and describe: Lay outside observing what you see above you. Notice the patterns of the clouds that pass by or the birds or even trees. See if you can
describe what you notice using factual/nonjudgmental language.
3. Enjoy, Sing, Dance to music and really throw yourself into it. Really feel the music and move your body without self-consciousness.
Mindfulness practice is meant to bring you into the present moment and help you to become aware of your internal and external experiences, while giving you the ability to engage and participate in the present moment.
How will you choose to practice mindfulness today?
Stay positive, FiGHTERs — I love you all! đ¤❤️đĢ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

We write and create high quality Guided Mindfulness videos that are freely viewable on YouTube. We have been creating these mindfulness videos since not so long.
The mindfulness were begun with one purpose: simply to try and help people. Every meditation is produced with genuine care and love for those people who use them, because we too have needed the kind of help our mindfulness are trying to offer others.
Our ethos is to be as all-inclusive and as neutral as possible. We have no religious or other affiliations and try to keep most of our matters suitable for everyone. I always welcome comments, feedback & suggestions and actively engage with our subscribers via our Facebook page.
