When things get complicated, people tend to tune out. If you are looking to capture and hold the attention of an audience, complexity is not the way to go. Great leaders aim to simplify.
I’ve been thinking about this era of change that we have moved into.
What is something else that this 2020 year can be referred to? (Don't count negatives)
I believe it to be also an era of courage, an era of shift attention!
The courage to create our own effective changes despite the pressures & stresses of our environments, cheers!
