Mindfulness at Everything..


Happy Time #FiGHTERs!

Here is a way you can start your day off winning đŸ’Ē

To decrease stress levels, do not grab your phone and start scrolling when you first awake in the morning.

Spend the first 1-2 hours focused on being present wherever you are.

The phone provides & sets a tone for being easily distracted. This puts your mind into a scattered state first thing & you are trying to comprehend multiple things at once.

This causes information overload before your day begins to take on full activities. Your ability to make sound decisions or to see opportunities decrease dramatically.

Take one thing at a time in the morning. Start with gratitude. Notice your face in the mirror. Feel the smooth texture of your water. Do some stretching & feel your body moving.

The key is to notice you first. This will allow you to center yourself in the midst of distractions throughout your day. You will find greater opportunities & solutions to problems this way, cheers! 🙏đŸŧ
