Hi there!

Get to know the people you interact with daily. Be sure to make it a two-sided conversation, not one. It is so important to not just give answers & only talk about yourself, but instead, become a better listener & invest time in understanding people better. You will get a lot further in life when you can listen & talk!

Any type of change requires consistent effort.

But, initial motivation & willpower wanes as more time passes. Distractions & other demands tug away at your attention and energy. So how do you make a successful change? What you need is a system that supports you continuously.

To help yourself make changes in a systematic way, you need:
• Proper goal setting
• Creating roadmaps & milestones
• Setting up new routines.

Let me explain each of them more.

Define a Proper Goal:-
To know if it's a proper goal, you've got to ask some important questions, like:

• Is my goal realistic?
• Are there concrete, sustainable actions to get there?

Outlining your goals as SMART goals can help

Create a Roadmap:-
A roadmap is your plan. It's not just for writing down your goals but for settling key questions, and enabling you to set the right deadlines to achieve your goals.

After creating a clear roadmap, it's time for the next step;

Set Up New Routines:-
While habits rule your daily actions as the automatic things you do each day, routines are ways to consciously set new habits.

Having positive routines that support your goal means you will contribute to your success effortlessly. You will be taking consistent actions which eventually become auto-pilot.

Doesn't that sound like a great way to establish positive change in your life? Lemme know, cheers!
