#LetUsLearn & LetUsInspireAll...

#LetsLearn & #LetsInspireAll

Pankaj Jain could afford to send her daughter to a high profile and costly play school in the city.  But he instead chose to send her daughter to a rural childcare centre or #anganwadi for pre-schooling.
Let me tell you who is Pankaj, he is an IAS Officer, from madhya pradesh, sends daughter to #anganwadi for preschooling.

This way Pankaj Jain, the district Collector of Katni district in Madhya Pradesh has has set an example for others to emulate. The Collector claims the #anganwadi was better than many private play schools in the area.

"When responsible officers send their children to these places, the condition there improves automatically. And if there is something lacking, they pitch in and try to improve it," a report quoted the Pankaj Jain as saying.

Madhya Pradesh Governor Anandiben Patel wrote a letter to the Collector congratulated Jain for his move.

The Governor's letter gone viral on the social media on Sunday.

In her letter, the Governor said, "Public servants are inspirations for the society. The society adheres to their conduct. Your efforts will increase the responsibility of the government servants."

"The positive consciousness will be communicated to the effective operation of the government's welfare schemes. Hopefully, you will continue your loyalty and dedication as a public servant," the letter further added. It is just like #Bhutan's royal family, who doesnt allow any private schools in their country, by sending the royal kids to such govt. aided schools. The same concept was supported by original #RANCHO of #ThreeIdiots AKA #SonamWangchuk, Wangchuk builds Ice Stupas to facilitate irrigation in the desert areas of the western India. The dynamic engineer has also founded a school called SECMOL- the Students’ Educational and Cultural Movement of Ladakh. His aim is to make learning fun and practical rather than being about cramming textbooks. The school is for kids who are deemed as a failure by societal standards. He believes that memorising kills learning and, in turn, the confidence of a student.

"If failures can achieve what toppers dream of, then there is something wrong in the system." - Sonam W.

Now we know where Phunsukh Wangdu got his vision from, I wish in future we have a lot of #inspirers like Pankaj or Sonam who will #inspire us to #learn religiously, cheers!

#ShameOnUs

Even after claiming altogether 52 seats in 17th parilamentary election followed 44 seats in earlier loksabha(in 2014), how come some slaves or sycophants make comments openly that they require an Italian Vinci moron, to instruct them! People might blame me like my family, that what's the requirement of this, but one family even after achieving nearly 72nd Independence, we aint forget our habit of following. First #QuabilaSardars, then #Rajas, then #Nawabs, then #British & then so called '#FirstFreakingFamily', started their mischieves from Jawaharlal-Indira-Rajiv-Sonia- & now their #kithnkin! They are habituated to play with the mind of people in India as if its not a national party rather #Ancestral_Property of them! How could we(the #mangopeople not the AAM ADMI PARTY) expect that if they arent changing the party's secretariacy to someone out of the family, it can be passing the #battons in future to lead the country? Still we sincerely expect that #he is the saviour, who could save us in these challenging times! And we comment in social media that {without having hand✋ how can we press the button for lotus⚘} for them, who doubt the #emanet_nation like #India, the people gave vote with their #legs, & their #wrists but still they claimed their presence in one of the largest #equalitarianism! Who knows in future we might get an option to #Online_Election!

Ways To Change Your Sales...

Why Can’t I Sell? 10 Ways to Change Your Sales Results

Why can’t I sell? When was the last time you asked yourself that question?

There is way too much turnover in the sales profession, and I think it stems from one thing — false expectations of what others can do for you.

The excuses run rampant, from “Marketing isn’t doing their job” to “I’ve never been trained” to “my boss is an idiot.” The list of excuses never ends.  It’s time to take ownership and realize the answer to the question “why can’t I sell” this attitude resides in you, not somebody else.

Only you can motivate yourself. Stop blaming your boss. Check out these below points;

Quit blaming others and start taking control. Here are 10 things you can do now that will impact how you sell:

1. Accept 100% responsibility for your attitude. Nobody can change your attitude, only you can.  Similarly, nobody else, including your boss, can motivate you. That’s your job. Only you can motivate you.

2. Stop blaming your boss for what you believe he or she is doing wrong to you. Who cares! It’s what you do that matters, not what your boss does or doesn’t do.

3. Build a list of all the ways you’ve helped your customers. You’re much more effective as a salesperson then you realize you are. You’ve just chosen to focus on the negative. Focus instead on the positive things you’ve done.

4. Other people will only impact you negatively if you choose to let them. There’s a reason why negative people hang out with negative people.

5. Be 100% focused on how you help your customers and how they will benefit from buying from you, rather than the physical product or service you sell.

6. View life not from a mindset of scarcity, but rather from a mindset of abundance. When we look at life as having unlimited opportunities and an abundance of everything, it is amazing how many more opportunities we will see.

7. Realize you have the greatest customers any salesperson could ever ask for. If you view your customers as being great, it’s amazing how better your results will be. The mindset you take toward your customers will impact the relationship you have with them.

8. Start each day by being thankful and appreciative to have the opportunity to meet with others.

9. Focus first on helping others, including your prospects and customers. When you view your customers as being more important than making your sales quota, it will be amazing how much easier it is to make your sales quota.

10. Never allow yourself to have an “if/then” attitude. This is one where you believe every problem you’re having can be fixed by, “If I do this, then I’ll do that.”  The only thing this type of attitude can do for you is allow you to create cheap excuses and a tendency to place blame on others.

Sales is not a job. It’s not even a profession. It’s a lifestyle & it starts from within.

And don’t forget that a coach can help you excel in your sales career! Invest in yourself, if you wish by checking out my coaching program today by connecting me.
Happy Selling, cheers!!!

Keep Yourself Motivated!

Remember your goal and keep every minute detail in sight, keeping motivation!

You need to feel it, see it and even hear the sounds that will accompany the end result. All top Human beings in any field visualise how they are going to perform ahead of time, even up to minute details like how the sweat running down their faces while they cross the finish line would smell. Although you need not go that far initially, visualise what success looks like to you and work towards it.

I wish you all success in learning English, but I know how motivation is important! Let me give you some value advices that help you in learning:

--→ Try and be creative to keep you learning interesting. You learn much better when it isn’t a chore.

--→ If you feel you’re not learning, maybe you haven’t found the right learning technique. Try different methods to find what suits you best.

--→ Try and remember why you are learning, are you going on holiday, studying for an exam, or do you just want to learn a new language. Keep this in mind for motivation.

--→ Go through what you have learnt, you will see how far you have come, and how easy your old material is.

--→ Review notes from the last lesson before going onto the next. This will help your form connections in your mind and keep everything you learned fresh.

--→ Age is just a number. Don’t use your age as a reason not to learn English, nobody is ever too old to learn.

--→ Learning English is like riding a bike, if you don’t practice you will never get better.

--→ Sometimes progress can be slower. Do not let this discourage you, instead be encouraged by how much you have already learned.

Keep working hard and remember: If you are in – you win!

So, be “in English”, use English as much as you can and you obviously speak much better, cheers!

Smart Education!

The schools now giving #SmartEducation which creates #TechKids! Alas! Still we complain...
Try to find the irony..
Smart classrooms are the classroom where technology is being used for the purpose of teaching and learning. Smart classrooms make use of computers, projectors and even smartphones for this purposes. They are conducted by a trained teacher using a multimedia screen, which brings visuals rather than the traditional chalk and blackboard method. The concept of smart classrooms is booming up in India and helping students to learn better. However no teaching methods are completely foolproof, it has it’s own disadvantages as well. Today we are discussing some of the Advantages and disadvantages of smart classrooms.

Advantages of smart classrooms

Access to online study materials

Smart classes combined with the Internet opens the door to the vast world of online study materials. It can leverage the maximum potential of online materials for learning and teaching. This way, the education would not be restricted to your textbook.
Another important aspect of Internet-based education is that It helps synchronization of all the study materials to every gadget. This helps in reducing taking notes. Students just need to download their study materials to their gadgets. It can save time and effort.
Internet-based education also helps to connect students and teachers 24*7 making it easy for students to ask their doubts and clarify it regardless of the time.

Paperless Classrooms

As discussed before, Smart classrooms utilize smart gadgets for learning and teaching. The use of smart devices in education partially or fully eliminates the textbooks/notebooks.The negligible use of paper makes education Eco-friendly leading to a solution for environmental hazards possessed by traditional education.

Make learning easy

Smart classrooms utilize visuals for teaching.Sometimes students can even interact with the visuals using advanced technologies like Virtual reality. Visual-based learning process found way effective than the traditional learning method. In this way, students can learn easily. Smart classrooms also make to reduce distractions and keep students engaged in the learning process.

Flexibility in teaching and learning

The smart board can present a wide variety of multimedia contents. Some students prefer video-based learning, and some prefer photos, graphs, maps, etc. A projector connected with the computer can present all these contents giving students the flexibility they want for learning effectively.

Advantage for absentees

Digital study materials can be downloaded and watched at any time or place. This benefits the absentees, even if they miss their classes they can download it and study themselves at their convenient time.

Disadvantages of smart classrooms

Cost of infrastructure

The cost of infrastructure is a concern for smart classrooms. It needs a number of smart gadgets like computers, tablets, projectors, software, etc. The software and hardware requirements also change frequently when the technology develops. So the schools may need to upgrade it.  To keep track of the changes and advancement of these software, schools may need to hire a technology person which is an additional cost that schools have to expend.

Technical Faults

Electronic gadgets are prone to technical faults. When these devices fail, it may need hours or days to repair it. This will waste a working day.Teachers may go back to the old blackboard method, but this is boring for both teachers and students once they get used to smart education.

Diversions

Study using a smartphone with an internet connection is prone to distractions, Students can browse other websites, social networking apps, etc.If the gadgets are not closely monitored by parents or teachers. Filtered browsing is an option to prevent this. However, it is difficult if the gadget is personally owned by the child.

Lack of skilled teachers

Not every teacher is technologically skilled. Some teachers even can’t use a personal computer. It is hard to train such teachers to effectively teach with smart gadgets. The training also incurs some costs, if they are not properly trained the technology become a disturbing factor than becoming helpful.
After all these discussions, its on the person's opinion that whether he/she should enroll their kids to smart education or not, however, we can't deny the fact that Instructor Based Learning are still the best learning forum, though one can have their own views, any arguement, shoot questions to me... cheers!
