FreedomIsFarAway...

#FreedomFarAway is an apt title for this image which narrates the story of the family specially After the incident on Independent India. India was a country of Love & Sacrifices, before Independence, which later became a land of Hatred. On the verge of 73rd Independence day, the #MotherLand hopes that India becomes Inspiration of love to the world. India’s founding fathers wrote a #constitution for their dreams; we have given #passports to their ideals. But, today, those ideals are being threatened by intolerance, hatred & an increasingly belligerent majoritarianism. On this day, even after crossing 72nd anniversary of Indian independence, all Indians must #rededicate themselves to an inclusive, pluralist, democratic, & just India – the India that Mahatmas (not alone Gandhi but all the great souls) fought to free... It wasn't the nation for which all the greats died smilingly...

Being Happy or Motivated to Your Job...

Hey there,
When you think about your daily work routine, does it make you feel excited & fulfilled?

Or are you bored, UNCHALLENGED... may be even dread it?

There is one common thing that all #successful people have... & that is, that when they feel #unfulfilled at work, they make a change so that they can position themselves towards the career path that they're passionate about.

Of course, it may be easier for some of us to quit our job & make the switch.

But not everyone has the #financial_stability to do that, or the #freedom to #relinquish_responsibilities all at once.

Regardless of what your future #career_goals may be, it can be difficult to stay #motivated & present in your current job when you're not HAPPY with it.

So how can you find that MOTIVATION to stay on in your job whilst searching & planning for your next move to something better?

More to come in forthcoming days, find your quest....

It's time to revisit your #BEGINNING...

Why or How did you end up with this #CurrentJob?

Was it for the #salary? The #perks? Or was it just #job that sparked your interest, a job that you could see yourself #GROWING & enjoying in the years to come?

This is where knowing your Purpose becomes important.

The best way to stay #motivated at work is to always be clear about why you're doing what you're doing. If you're not sure what your true purpose is, then chances are when you move to a new job, you're going to fall back into the trap of being #demotivated & #unhappy at work.

That's because your motivation comes from having a clear purpose.

Even if you think wanting to earn a lot of money is the reason why you’re doing the job, you should think deeper & ask yourself 'why'?

Why is making more money so important to you?

Find out the root of what you truly want AND this purpose will become your drive to work.

Next, whilst you're at your current job, it's important to look at the positives of this position. What are some good things that you can think of from this job that you have?

Have a think of at least 3 positive things this job brings to you.

When you can highlight the positives of what you're doing, you can better focus on providing value in your position, even if you are not completely happy doing it.
Another step that you can concurrently take, is to start planning for your next move. It's simple...
If you're not happy, do something about it.

But in order to stay CONSTANTLY motivated about making that change, it helps to create a #ROAD_MAP of how you're going to get there. Set #GOALS that will allow you to eventually LAND that new job that aligns to your PURPOSE.

Ultimately, your current position is simply a #place_holder & a way for you to maintain #steady_income while you figure out your #purpose & plan your #exit!

Now, no matter how unhappy you are with your job, it's still important to give it your all, as achieving success is still something that provides excitement when you are performing work-related tasks and being recognized for them.

To get back into the swing of things, build your momentum by achieving small, simple tasks. This helps to build up your motivation to stay on in the job without that constant dread.

The bottom line is, that while you may not always love your job, it is possible to find the necessary motivation to plough through your tasks.

And it's important to revisit your purpose & know why you're in this job, or the one to come, cheers!

Once a heart surgeon went to local garage for his car service. Garage owner who was also a skilled mechanic attended him & a little friendly banter started between two.

Mechanic said, “So.. I have been wondering.. What we both do for a living..?”

“Excuse me..?”, questioned surgeon.

Mechanic replied, “Well look at this.. ”

As mechanic was checking on the engine he said, “I check how it’s running, open it up & then fix valves & also after working all I put it all back together.. Now it will work as good as new..”

Surgeon was confused..
Mechanic continued, “We basically do the same job.. Don’t we?? yet you get paid ten times what I get.. can you tell me why’s that??”

Surgeon thought for a moment mindfully, then smiled gently toward mechanic & said, “Try it with engine running, can you?.. you can give it a try..”

Moral: Sometimes simple Answers can make us Understand big Differences. Regardless of your job title, your role can make a difference to the humanity, we need to stop comparing & we need to do whatever we are doing, do mindfully, cheers!

Quick Decision...

#QuickThinking

★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★

When Einstein’s “Theory of Relativity” became famous, he was invited to give presentation of his theory. Einstein used to go by car & everywhere he was accompanied with his driver. During Einstein’s presentation his driver used to sit in last row.

One day while going for presentation in his car, his driver said, “Sir, your ‘Theory of Relativity’ is so simple that even I can give presentation on it.. I have heard it so many time that I now remember every word that you say to present your theory.”
Instead of getting annoyed, Einstein took it as compliment as he was happy to know that even his driver was able to understood his theory even when he has no knowledge about science.

During those day media was not booming industry & people didn’t really know how Einstein look. So when Einstein’s said to his driver, “For next presentation I would like you to present theory..”

His driver agreed fearlessly. When they reached at location of presentation, they changed their clothes. Driver dressed as professional scientist & Einstein himself dressed as driver went inside hall.

Finally driver went on to stage & started to give presentation. He presented “Theory of Relativity” so well that no one could doubt him.

After presentation was finished there was question answer round. Most of question were same as in previous presentations so driver easily managed to answer those.

Almost question answer round was finished but just in the end one person from the audience asked a question, driver didn’t know what to answer as no such question was asked in previous presentations.

Driver didn’t know what to do but yet he knew it wouldn’t be good impression on people if they got to know that Einstein’s driver was giving this presentation.

So he thought for while & said, “Your question is so easy that even my driver can answer it.. he is sitting in the last row.. you can clarify it with him..” & pointed Einstein.

Einstein was amazed at his response & answered that question & presentation was finished without any problem.

Moral: Quick Thinking & Good Presence of Mind can get you Out of Difficult Circumstances, cheers!
